Privacy policy

Direct privacy questions and requests to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information to support@comebackcode.ai. Use the subject line “Privacy request.” You do not need an account or an application representative to contact us.

Describe your request and include the email address you used for your application, if applicable. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information. Do not send passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive details by email unless a secure method has been arranged.

The application asks for your name, email, mobile number, city and state, optional current role, optional reasons for wanting an AI business, and acknowledgement of the sales role. When application delivery is available, submission also includes the site source and submission time. We use this information to evaluate and respond to your application and arrange related conversations.

The optional AI planner asks for experience, interests, goals, an optional market, and hours available per week. These answers are used to generate your personalized plan; they are not automatically added to an application. Do not include passwords, financial account details, health information, or confidential information about clients or other people.

When you request a plan, your answers are sent through our AI gateway service to its AI model provider for processing. The site’s planner does not save your answers or generated plan in an application database or intentionally write them to application logs. They remain in page memory until the page is refreshed or closed, unless you copy or download the plan yourself.

This does not mean there is no processing or retention by service providers. AI, hosting, and security providers may process requests and retain data under their own agreements and policies. This notice does not promise zero provider retention, a particular processing location, or exclusion from model training. Avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information.

We use a managed cloud platform for website infrastructure and an AI gateway service for AI processing. When application delivery is configured, the form uses Make to route submissions; a successful application may offer Calendly scheduling when available. Those services process information needed to deliver their functions.

External fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Video delivery, hosting, and diagnostic services may receive connection information such as your IP address, browser details, request time, and error information. Linked AI Team, certification, and community sites are separate services with their own policies.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect security or legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell application or planner answers through this website.

This prospect site does not itself implement advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Hosting and third-party services may use technical identifiers or collect connection data. Browser cookie controls can restrict cookies, although doing so may affect third-party functions. Any future optional tracking requiring consent must be presented with appropriate choices before it is enabled.

Application information delivered to us may be retained to handle your inquiry, follow up, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. The website does not enforce a fixed deletion period for externally delivered applications. Provider logs and records follow their applicable retention practices.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not send sensitive information through the application or planner. Copies or downloads you create are under your control.

You can choose not to submit an application or use the planner. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where applicable, or appeal a denied request. Requests may require identity verification and may be subject to lawful exceptions.

Send requests to support@comebackcode.ai as described above. You may also ask us to stop application follow-up. Providing a mobile number is not consent to automated promotional texts or calls. Any such marketing requires its own applicable consent process.

The application and planner are intended for adults, not children under 18. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. We will update this page when our practices change materially and revise the effective date.
